We will charge ₹15,000 as a service fee from the client. 50% of the amount is due before joining, and the remaining 50% will be collected after 1 month, Within 6 hours, service charge will be Rs 7500 only
The contract period is 1 year. Unlimited replacements are free for the same candidate within 12 months. For continued service after one year, a renewal service charge equal to one month’s salary will be applicable.
We provide maid interviews. If the client doesn’t like a maid, we will arrange more interviews. However, if no further interviews are requested, only 50% of the amount will be refunded after 45 days.
After registration, the company will provide a candidate within 3 working days due to interview and document verification processes.
Candidates are verified by our trained officers, but clients should remain alert and safeguard their valuables.
Salary is decided mutually between the client and the candidate. The company does not interfere in salary matters.
Any payments made to the candidate by the client are not the responsibility of the company.
If a candidate leaves the job for personal reasons, the company will provide only a new candidate. For replacement, the client must inform the company 10–15 days in advance.
If a candidate commits theft or any loss, it is the client’s responsibility to take legal action. The company is not liable for losses but will assist in finding the candidate and cooperate with the client
It is compulsory to provide 2 holidays per month for domestic workers.
If the candidate is not allowed holidays, extra charges will apply.
If the maid works even for one day, there will be no refund—only replacement will be provided.
